What formats do you accept for conversion?

What is the turnaround time for conversions?

Turnaround time varies based on the quantity and duration of items, and if any repairs to media are required. Generally projects are completed in the order they were received, however, accommodations can be made for projects needed by a certain deadline.

Can I request a specific digital format for my converted media?

Generally we deliver video in MP4 format, audio in MP3 format, and images in JPEG format. These are the best formats for quality vs file size and compatibility. Contact us if you require a specific file format.

What are the costs associated with your services?

Pricing varies based on the type, quantity and duration of media. If an item is in poor condition, cleaning/repairs may be necessary, but all options are discussed with you before any additional work is started. More information can be found on the Pricing page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or check payment upon pickup of your items.

What is your policy on refunds?

This has never been an issue before, but we strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the quality of the conversion, please contact us promptly for a resolution.

You will receive your original media along with digitized copies on a convenient USB flash drive.
